In light of the ongoing situation relating to COVID-19, our office is open as usual and I want to reassure you that if our office has to close for any reason, we will still be able to service all of your needs. Our main focus remains the well-being of our employees and our customers. We are letting you know of the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to support all of our customers during this time.

We are available by telephone and email, we will also be posting regular updates on our website in regards to ongoing developments. We want to ensure that our staffs’ health is paramount and consequently we are asking that our team now avoid non-essential face to face meetings, we are happy for you or us to drop-off and pick-up records and documents just please call us first.

It is important that we take these proactive steps to minimise the spread of COVID-19. We will react as best as we can to ensure that we continue to provide the excellent service that our clients are used to.  We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will take any action we deem necessary. Should you have any queries, please speak to either Natalie or Steph.
