Apprenticeships provide a unique opportunity to gain practical skills, earn while you learn and step into a rewarding career. As a business, we believe it is important to invest in the next generation workforce and progressing your team from within. Our apprentices have all received their training from McArthur Dean in Scunthorpe and we would like to reflect on their great success stories.
Grace joined the apprenticeship programme in June 2021, since then she has achieved her AAT Level 3 Qualification and is now working towards her AAT Level 4. Grace has gained many skills through the apprenticeship programme – expanding her knowledge within the workplace and increasing her personal confidence. The development which we have seen from Grace since joining the team has been exceptional, we are looking forward to seeing Grace’s progression through Level 4.
Nathan has recently completed his AAT Level 3 Qualification, achieving a fantastic result of an overall distinction. Not only has Nathan progressed through his qualification, he is also developing his knowledge and skills within the workplace. Taking on new tasks, such as payroll and dealing with VAT clients on a regular basis. He has shown fantastic progression since joining the team in June 2022 and we wish him all the best with his AAT Level 4 Qualification.
Annabel joined our team as an apprentice in December 2022, during her first year with S Smith & Co she has been working towards her AAT Level 2 qualification. She has achieved fantastic results during this course. Annabel will soon be coming to the end of her apprenticeship and progressing onto AAT Level 3. Since joining the team Annabel has shown excellent progression, not only through her apprenticeship programme, but also within the workplace.
